Senior Haven offers senior adults and their families support and stability during a mental health crisis. Our team is committed to improving each patient's quality of life by addressing their emotional, psychological, and social needs. Care plans focus on the unique needs of each patient and include family involvement, education, and comprehensive discharge planning. 

Seniors age 55 and older or residents of a skilled nursing facility may qualify for admission to Senior Haven when experiencing the following symptoms or behavioral health conditions. 

• Actions that Demonstrate an Intention to Harm Themselves or Others
• Changes in Appetite
• Changes in Sleep Patterns
• Confusion
• Dementia with Behaviors
• Depression
• Medication Misuse
• Significant Behavioral Changes

Our team is available 24 hours at day, seven days a week.
