Volunteer, Marianna Gingrich, is pictured with the courtesy cart at White River Medical Center. Marianna and another volunteer, Rosetta Miller, push the courtesy carts on each floor with items such as stress balls, note pads, ink pens, fingernail files, coloring pages, and coloring pencils, and magazines to pass out to patients to make their stay more comfortable.  The students in the area schools art department created coloring sheets and First Community Bank, Citizens Bank, and Centennial Bank donated various items to fill the cart.  If you or a family member is interested in becoming a volunteer to help make a patient's stay better, call
