WRH Announces Aetna Medicare Advantage Network Update
WRH Announces Aetna Medicare Advantage Network Update

(Batesville, Ark) – Despite best efforts, White River Health (WRH) will no longer be an in-network provider for Aetna Medicare Advantage plans, effective January 31, 2026. Boeing retirees and other selected employer-sponsored plans will remain in-network.
WRH understands that insurance changes can be frustrating and is committed to supporting patients throughout this transition. Medicare Advantage open enrollment runs from January 1 through March 31. Beneficiaries may change Medicare Advantage plans during that time.
Patients will continue to have in-network access through the following Medicare Advantage plans: Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Arkansas Superior Select (D-SNP), Centene plans including WellCare by Allwell and WellCare, HealthSpring (Cigna), PrimeWell, and UnitedHealthcare (contract negotiations are ongoing).
For questions regarding Medicare Advantage coverage, patients may call (870) 262-3222.
