(Batesville, Ark) – White River Health (WRH) recently welcomed Joe Forney, MD, to WRH Cardiology Annex, a Department of White River Health. Dr. Forney has 42 years of experience in cardiology. He joins Dr. Baber Khan, Interventional Cardiologist, and Dr. Sania Khan. He is accepting new patients
Dr. Forney sees patients for the diagnosis and treatment of various heart conditions. He specializes in preventive cardiology, including management of high blood pressure and cholesterol, cardiovascular disease management, cardiac rhythm monitoring, and diagnostic cardiology. Dr. Forney earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Missouri, completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska, and returned to complete a Cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Missouri’s University Medical Center in Columbia, MO.
White River Health Cardiology Annex is located at 407 Virginia Drive in Batesville. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 4:30PM and Friday from 8AM to 3PM. For information or to schedule an appointment, call (870) 793-4200.
