White River Health Partners with Area Schools to Provide Neffy® for Severe Allergic Reactions

(Batesville, Ark.) - White River Health (WRH) is proud to partner with area school districts to bring Neffy®, a needle-free epinephrine nasal spray, that will be distributed to all of the Batesville School District campuses. Made possible through the support of ARS Pharmaceuticals, this initiative provides the medication to participating schools free of charge, helping make this potentially life-saving treatment more accessible to students experiencing a severe allergic reaction.
Recently, Batesville School District Nurse Amy Henderson, RN, received shipments of Neffy® that will be distributed to campuses across the participating school districts. She is pictured with Sarah Fuller, APRN, of the WRH ENT/Allergy Clinic, who has spearheaded this initiative in the area.
WRH is grateful for ARS Pharmaceuticals' role in making this initiative possible and is committed to working alongside our local schools to support student health, safety, and well-being . This partnership represents WRH's commitment caring for our communities and is an important step in helping make emergency treatment more accessible for students when they need it most.
White River Health (WRH) is an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system serving residents throughout North Central Arkansas. White River Health includes White River Medical Center in Batesville, Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View, outpatient facilities, primary care, and specialty physician office practices.
