Cathy McDonald, RN at the Pain Management Clinic, is the White River Medical Center (WRMC) April Employee of the Month for best demonstrating the Involved Standard of Behavior.

Cathy has been an employee of WRMC for three years. Although this has been her only position at WRMC, Cathy has experience in Labor and Delivery, NICU, Education, Home Health, and Cardiac Rehab. In her role as a Registered Nurse, Cathy assists providers and office staff with patient care, assessing patients, and answering questions and concerns to provide quality patient care. Some of her favorite things about working at WRMC include her “wonderful co-workers and the community spirit of WRMC”.

Cathy is married to her husband Jim. They have three grown children and one precious granddaughter.
