Patient Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Ability to participate in intensive therapy program
- Medical needs require 24-hours rehabilitation nursing
- Needs requiring at least two therapy disciplines (Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy)
- Needs requiring the oversight of rehabilitation physician
